Dues are $15 annually.  Dues pay for snow removal, entrance landscaping, advertising for yard sales, the newsletter, and other activities.  Send a check payable to LECA to Treasurer Barbara Bason at 212 Wooddale Avenue, New Castle, DE  19720.
