Railroad bridge on Route 13

This is a message from the Office of Senator Nicole Poore,

I am writing on behalf of Senator Poore with some updates on anti-graffiti efforts at the railroad bridge on Route 13. Our office was told that Norfolk Southern has recently begun work to secure the bridge and prevent future access for tagging. 

Additionally, they suggested the possibility of having a nonprofit create a mural for the bridge rather than adding another layer of anti-graffiti paint. Do you think there would be local interest in a community mural?
